A fire broke out in a second-floor warehouse in the Centro neighborhood of Mexico City, causing no injuries to any person. The evacuation was successful, and it was reported that a rescued woman received oxygen therapy on-site without the need to be transported to a hospital. The Mexico City Firefighters managed to control the flames in just over two hours, preventing the loss of 600 square meters of the building.

To extinguish the fire, resources such as Sports Crane 1 and drainage valves from the Mexico City Water System were used. Once the fire was extinguished, debris removal began, with the participation of the Civil Protection team from the area and the authorities of the Cuauhtémoc mayor's office.

Alessandra Rojo de la Vega, mayor of Cuauhtémoc, praised the courage and dedication of the emergency workers, thanking them for their willingness to risk their lives to save others. The cause of the fire in the building located in the Centro neighborhood is still unknown. About 400 square meters of the property were affected by the fire, which was reported in a clothing and crafts warehouse.

The events occurred early in the morning and were handled by the corresponding authorities. No injuries were reported, except for one person trapped in the building, who was rescued unharmed and received medical attention. Traffic in the area remained normal despite the incident, allowing daily life to continue uninterrupted on Isabel La Católica and República de Uruguay avenues.
